How to identify duplicate accounts and make smart connections using Freddy
All right, so I wanted to give you an example of Freddy in action today. So you'll notice that I have toll free market 800 net and then I have toll free market and so if I go in here Freddy is smart enough to see that I've got two possible duplicates and he offers me the opportunity to merge them.
So I'm going to go ahead and merge them. And now I have one company, no longer two companies and the data is all merged together. Isn't that awesome? I love that. And in addition to that check this out we can see that we've got a possible duplicate in a lead so I can relate that. Which I know is the same person into this one and Freddy's pretty sure it's the same person.
So we click on relate. Yes, and then it says do you want to create a new contact or do you want to merge with an existing contact now? We already have a contact in there. So yes, I actually do want to merge it. So it's that intelligent that it very deeply goes into. You know understanding what this person might be related to and I haven't experienced this CRM that does that before.
